How do I claim my vote reward?

After voting, join the server and type /vote to claim your reward. Rewards are given once per vote cooldown.

The server is lagging

How do I transfer my rank?

Ranks are tied to your Minecraft account. If you change your name, contact support with proof of ownership.

Can I get a refund?
